My wife took this board for a ride and found it a bit hard to control on icy pistes with little snow. Especially, she found it a bit hard to get into turns. Perhaps, this was due to it being a bit softer than the Artic board she tried earlier.
The combination of a mellow camber and tip rockers made the board less prone to catching edges, which is always great for beginners. Overall, a good freestyle board with a reasonable performance at higher speed.
